4. Safety Knowledge: You understand the potential chemical hazards associated with research peptides and reagents and possess the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and containment equipment required for handling such substances.

4. Product Disclaimer & Hazards

2. Safety Data & Storage: Buyer assumes full responsibility for reviewing Safety Data Sheets (SDS), maintaining proper storage conditions (e.g., refrigeration/lyophilization preservation), and implementing proper safety protocols during handling.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

1. Order Acceptance: StemTides reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, restrict, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected misuse, institutional verification failures, pricing errors, or stock non-availability.

2. Payment Processing: Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment via accepted payment methods. You represent that all billing details provided are truthful and accurate.

3. Account Verification: StemTides reserves the right to request proof of academic or laboratory affiliation before fulfilling orders.

6. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Delivery

1. Title and Risk: Title to products and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon transfer of the package to the shipping carrier.

2. Customs & International Orders: For international shipments, the Buyer is strictly responsible for ensuring that imported products comply with all national import regulations, customs duties, taxes, and permits. StemTides is not responsible for packages seized, held, or destroyed by foreign customs authorities.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to safety regulations, contamination risks, and temperature-sensitive storage requirements for biological compounds, all sales are final. StemTides does not accept returns or offer refunds once products have left our storage facilities, except in cases of verified shipment errors by StemTides.
